Roller lines are mechanical equipment. The main forms of roller conveyance are: double sprocket roller type, 0-belt driven roller type, triangle belt friction driven roller type and free type. Roller forms are: double sprocket conical roller, O-groove conical roller, ordinary conical roller. You can't be careless in these places when choosing a roller assembly line.
1, the length of the roller selection.
Different widths of goods should be selected to suit the width of the drum, in general, the use of "conveyor + 50mm".
2、Wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller.
The weight of the conveyed goods is distributed equally to the rollers in contact, and the required weight of each roller is calculated to determine the wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller.
3. Drum material and surface treatment.
Depending on the conveying environment, determine the material and surface treatment (carbon steel galvanised, stainless steel, blackened or rubber coated) to be used for the rollers.
4. Choice of roller installation.
Depending on the specific requirements of the overall conveyor, the roller mounting method is selected: spring press-in, internal tooth shaft, full flat tenon, through-shaft pin hole, etc.
For the conical roller of the bending machine, the width and taper of the rolling surface depends on the size of the goods and the turning radius.
